Well, it's almost the new year and time to start. We spent the week of Christmas at my parents. I've never eaten so much in my life! I said I wanted to indulge and indulge we did. The nice thing was that we never ate out and I actually didn't drink any pop the entire week even tho it was around. So the indulging was at least with homemade foods. I think I didn't eat too terribly except I just ate too much of everything and ate all the unclean foods I could get my hands on. Ham, bacon, sausage, shrimp, crab...yummy...
But it turned out to be a nice distraction from our usual bad eating habits and I came home feeling more ready for this than ever. We stopped at McDonalds on the way home and it didn't taste so great. We couldn't stomach fast food again for dinner so stopped at a sit-down place.
So are there any suggestions for getting kids to take cod-liver oil? How does that work????
